Some birthdays deserve more than just one night.
Turning 50 feels like the perfect excuse to swap Auckland for Bali, gather some of my favourite people, and celebrate over an unforgettable week in paradise.
From 29 March to 5 April 2027, I’ve reserved a collection of luxury villas at the stunning Peppers Seminyak Bali, and I’d love for you to join me for as much — or as little — of the week as you can.
This isn’t just a birthday. It’s a holiday with friends and family, filled with sunshine, laughter, amazing food, sunset cocktails and memories that will last long after we’ve all returned home.
A private sanctuary in Seminyak
Nestled in the heart of fashionable Seminyak, Peppers Seminyak is one of Bali’s most luxurious villa resorts, offering the perfect balance of privacy, tropical tranquillity and world-class hospitality. The resort is just a short walk from Seminyak Beach and surrounded by some of Bali’s best restaurants, beach clubs, cafés, boutique shopping and vibrant nightlife.
Each villa is a private sanctuary with its own swimming pool, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, a gourmet kitchen and landscaped tropical gardens. Around the resort you’ll find lotus ponds, a 35-metre rock pool, traditional Balinese pavilions, The Laneway Restaurant & Bar, and an indulgent day spa with a sauna and ice bath.
Whether you’re spending the afternoon beside your private pool, enjoying a Balinese massage, exploring Seminyak’s boutiques or watching the sun disappear into the Indian Ocean with a cocktail in hand, it’s the perfect place to slow down and simply enjoy life.
And for one very special week… it’ll be our home.

Rather than one big event, I’m planning a relaxed week with plenty of opportunities to celebrate together. There won’t be a packed itinerary — just good people, great conversations and unforgettable moments, with plenty of free time to relax, explore or do absolutely nothing.

To make planning as easy as possible, we’ve secured accommodation and are coordinating optional group flights for guests travelling from New Zealand. Whether you’re joining us just for the celebrations or extending your holiday, we’re happy to help with your arrangements.

A selection of villas has been reserved at Peppers Seminyak for check-in on Monday 29 March and check-out on Monday 5 April 2027.
Rooms are configured with king beds, with twin bedding available on request in selected rooms.

Optional Air New Zealand group flights
Only a deposit is required initially, with the balance payable closer to departure, approximately October 2026. A minimum of 10 passengers is required for the group airfare to proceed.
